Debra Hardison, MSN, APRN, AGNP-C
My name is Debra Hardison, MSN, APRN, AGNP-C. I am an adult gerontology primary care nurse practitioner at VIP Community Health LLC in Lawrenceburg, KY. I earned my Bachelor of Science in nursing from Spalding University and my Master of Science in adult gerontology and primary care nursing from South University in Savannah, GA. I have been an American Association of Nurse Practitioners member since 2019. I desire to reduce health disparities by increasing access to care and helping underserved populations achieve health equity. I am dedicated to effectively communicating and problem-solving with my patients and their families to remove any existing barriers preventing them from living long, healthy lives. When not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, especially my grandson. Outdoor activities are our favorite.
Dr. Joyce Lovell, DNP, FNP-BC, APRN
As your Primary Care Provider, we will work together to achieve the highest quality of life attainable. Through regular check-ups, healthy lifestyle changes, preventive care, and the proper management of current health status we will work to increase the enjoyment of your daily routine.
Donna Woodward, LCSW
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
I am Donna Woodward, LCSW, LCADC. I am licensed as a Clinical Social Worker as well as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I have spent the last 20 years in this field working in mental health, substance use, crisis intervention, and trauma, as well as providing support for many other concerns that may arise in everyday life. While I recognize that asking for help is one of the hardest things for many, my passion is helping others to make that process as easy as possible and see them fulfill their goals of having a happy and successful life ahead.
Bridget Hart, APRN
Adult Health Nurse Practitioner
My name is Bridget Hart, and I am a Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience in healthcare. Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to work in diverse specialties that have allowed me to grow both personally and professionally.
I spent 14 years in dermatology, where I focused on patch testing for skin allergies, general dermatology, and some cosmetic procedures. These years taught me the value of precision and patient-centered care, as I helped individuals address a range of skin concerns and regain their confidence.
While I loved my work in dermatology, I have always had a passion for psychiatry. This calling led me to transition into addiction and mental health, where I have worked for the past five years. Helping individuals navigate the challenges of mental health and addiction has been deeply rewarding.
I look forward to continuing to provide treatment at VIP Community Health that empowers my patients and makes a positive difference in their lives.
Deanna Peach, MSN, RN
Registered Nurse
I has been a Registered Nurse since 2009 and received my master's degree in Nursing Leadership and Management. I started my career in Medical Surgical Nursing moving on to Specialty Infusion, Service Line Development, Oncology, Vascular Access, Quality, Home and Community Based Nursing and Leadership. Through my years of patient care and leadership in Kentucky and Turks and Caicos Islands, I have a deep understanding of healthcare barriers and strive to put patients first with every aspect of care. During my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, coaching local little league softball and traveling.
Lisa Helton
Administrative Assistant
Lisa, our Administrative Assistant, has 30 years of experience with the health department. She has excellent skills in billing for clinics and school health and provider credentialing. Lisa takes pride in going above and beyond for all patients and her co-workers. In her spare time, Lisa enjoys shopping and spending time with her friends.
Rhen Geary
Peer Support Specialist
I obtained my Adult Peer Support Certification in early 2024 and began using it when VIP Community Health LLC opened. Having experienced addiction and all the devastation that it causes, the “solution” was first introduced to me in 2014. Since then, I have learned a tremendous amount about both addiction and recovery. Since both have been a significant part of my life, I had the opportunity to learn and witness both from many different perspectives. Through those experiences, I have found that helping others in what seems to be a small way can create a big difference overall.
Furthermore, those same experiences help me in my own recovery and provide a multitude of opportunities that I never would’ve been presented with otherwise. By sharing those experiences, I can assist with instilling hope, happiness, and stability. Lastly, because of those shared experiences, others get to learn firsthand that we can and do recover.
Jordan Trowell
Targeted Case Manager
Jordan is a compassionate and driven Targeted Case Manager with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and certifications in both Targeted Case Management and Substance Use Disorder. With a solid educational foundation and specialized training, she is well-equipped to support individuals navigating complex life challenges.
Jordan has experience working with clients facing mental health concerns, substance use issues, and socio-economic hardships. By adopting a client-centered and strength-based approach, she focuses on empowering individuals through personalized care plans and consistent support, always aiming to connect them with the resources needed for long-term stability and growth.
Known for empathy, strong communication skills, and a deep commitment to advocacy, Jordan is passionate about helping people improve their quality of life and reach their goals.
